If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at cs@happilyshoppe.com and we will do our best to locate it and get it delivered, reship it (if we have inventory), or refund you in full if we cannot get it to you.

If you are simply not satisfied with your order and you wish to return items at your own expense, you must follow the steps below:

  • email us at cs@happilyshoppe.com within 15 days of receipt - please include your order number and reason for return (For Holiday Returns we will make a 30-day exception)
  • wait for us to reply with return number and return address (within 48 hours)
  • package up the item(s) with all original packaging,accessories,tags and ship it to us (at your own expense) to:

Refunds will be applied within 48 hours of return arriving to us. Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of receipt back to us. Refunds will be applied to original method of payment. Packages returned to us marked "Refused", "Undeliverable", or otherwise not following above directions, are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee .
