They’re made for us by an esteemed cookie supplier, who starts with a sweet, buttery, and lightly salty dough, then mixes in delicately sweet white chocolate chips, Cherry Pie flavored crunchy bits and dried Bing Cherries, and bakes them until they’re crisp, crumbly, and delicious. The end result is the rich, sweet-tart experience of enjoying a slice of Cherry Pie, delivered in the satisfyingly buttery crunch of a Cookie. Delightful paired with an afternoon cup of coffee or tea, they’re also bound to delight when packed into lunchboxes, shared at picnics, or arranged on a dessert platter for gatherings.
